Synopsis of oral pathology

To make itself useful, oral pathology, like all specialities, must serve the needs of the clinician. In addition to histomorphology, it must emphasize the clinical features, behavior, and treatment of diseases and not belabor the didactic minutiae which would be of interest to but a few in our common profession.
